Dried and ground bitter melon is used to prepare iced tea or tea with milk in some East Asian regions.

It is in India often full of a mixture of spices called garam masala, along with green chili peppers, tomatoes, curry and onions.

Bitter melon can be used for pickles.

Definitely worth eating this fruit, although bitter, but it would be ideal to include in your regular diet.
